Experience
- Embedded with fintech, mobility and editorial teams for three to six months at a time.
- Led the Dinar Pay redesign: transfers in two taps, failed payments down 38%.
- Built a 40-component system across app, web and bus-stop displays, in Arabic and French.
- Grew the design team from two to seven; cut screen hand-off time by half.
- Redesigned the live grid dashboard used by 300 operators, from field research to rollout.
